In addition to her work with buyers and sellers, Kimberly is an integral part of Corcoran Perry & Co. leasing team, assisting Denver renters and landlords alike. Kimberly is also an experienced relocation agent who has a way of making a big move easier for her clients, whether to a rental or a new home.

Kimberly is a Colorado Native, born in Wheat Ridge and raised in Arvada. She’s an urban neighborhood expert who also specializes in suburban neighborhoods like Morrison, Golden, and West Littleton. “I love that these suburban locations are minutes from the Rocky Mountains yet so close to the excitement of the city!”
